How to register for activities / clinics offered by Basecamp?

Registration for all Basecamp activities will be done online, prior to the event. The official program will be released on August 28th. One week before the event, all registrants will receive an email registration form and will be able to choose their activities.

Yes of course ! For those who want to sleep in their van, just leave your camper in the parking lot. Once the evening is over, you will only have to walk for about 800m to get back to your camper.

Are the tickets refundable and exchangeable?

All ticket types are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is your responsibility to properly review your order before submitting it.

No tickets will be refunded in case of rain and bad weather. We ask you to bring adequate clothing according to the weather because the event will take place rain or shine!

Is there a place to wash at night?

The site is not equipped with showers. We ask people who want to wash at night to bring wet wipes. You will have access to running water and toilets and you will be able to wash your hands and rinse yourself.

Do I have to bring my own equipment for the activities?

For those who wish to participate independently, you can bring your own equipment or rent it on site. We offer you 15% discount on bike rental and 50% on canoes. For clinics and workshops offered by Basecamp, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment.

Should I bring my camping gear?

Yes. You must bring your equipment, but not all the big kit! Only your tent, your sleeping bag, a mattress, plate and utensils and outdoor clothing including the necessary to practice your activities.

For more details, you can go to the “WHAT TO BRING” section in the BASECAMP EXPERIENCE tab. It is also necessary to foresee that there is 800 meters of walk between the Basecamp and the parking; so a good backpack is needed to carry your equipment. You can bring snacks for the day, but meals are included.

** Do not forget to bring cash to consume alcoholic beverages for sale at night **

Is there a cost of admission without meals?

Unfortunately for the cook in you, it is an all inclusive. All meals are included in the price of the ticket and it is possible to choose the vegetarian option when you register.
